In my opinion, 30/30 was the easiest, not too bad at all. 40/20 started out not so bad, but I sure was sucking wind and ready to be done at the end. I'd compare that to doing a blast only premix from an IMAX Pyramids was a whole 'nother ball game. That started and didn't stop!!! Great googlie mooglies!!!! That was probably the hardest workout Cathe has ever put me thru. When I was going down the 2nd pyramid, I actually wished to be back in childbirth. The thought crossed my mind that having a baby was actually easier. I think I used up all the oxygen in the whole house!!! Legs alternating between on fire and dumbstruck numb, lungs burning, heart thumpity thumpity bang bangin', YES!!!! I worked, worked for that one. Whooooo-weeeee!!!

It was a great, hard, time. Boy was I ever happy to see the end!

I've done 30/30 and double wave pyramid. 30/30 was hard, but it was a fun hard, I actually made it completely through. double wave pyramid was WAY more difficult. My husband actually came downstairs because he could hear me breathing and thought something was wrong!!! I'm downright scared to try 40/20! 40 seconds seems like so long. I really love these short workouts so much! and the music is great!

Hmm, I've done 30/30 and Double Wave Pyramid so far (with 40/20 on the agenda for later today) and out of these two, I thought Double Wave Pyramid was easier than 30/30. Not sure why (could be multiple factors, say got more sleep one day, etc), but I really enjoyed DW Pyramid and loved that I didn't need ANY equipment either! I'm kind of scared about 40/20 tonight......

Wish me luck!

I've completed them all. I loved 30/30 it was fun and challenging but not a killer. 40/20 was harder, still fun but much harder. I loved DW pyramid but found that to be the hardest. I love the intensity of these workouts and while they are hard I love the "no brainer" choreography. The only thing you really need to think about is taking that next breath. So after doing these 3 I went to do Step Moves, which I'm sure I will grow into, but I didn't really feel like thinking, so I turned it off and did DW pyramid instead. I think the HIIts might have spoiled me in the patience for choregraphy department :D It might also be the fact that I'm in the middle of doing my one rep max for STS so each day I've been spending about 45 minutes on that before the cardio.Meanwhile it is 1:20 on New Years Day and I'm still in my P.J.s! I better get to the basement and do some more 1 rep max testing and then cardio. Happy New Year everybody!!
