I have itread set2 40 minutes

I am wondering what other workout is good in this series
I'm looking for a good workout to replace the days on my rotations when Cathe calls for a 40 minute run

Thanks in advance

I like all the itreads....I never do the 60 minutes one though. I think that you will find that you like all of them. Here are two free codes for two downloads YL2007 and AH2007

got those but which ones are good to start with?

I used one code for the itread set 2 40 minute and really enjoyed using my treadmill and found it much better to use than watching tv lol

I have the other code and would like advise as to which one of the itreads to get next ;)

Thanks :)

WOW! Thanks for the free download codes. I have a couple of iclimbs and absolutely love them. whereever did you find the codes?:) :)

I have iTread set 1 and seet 8, both 60 minutes. I also have iCycle 9, but I haven't tried that one out yet. I LOVE the iTreads. They're fantastic, time flies, and you get it all.....hills, intervals, tempo, motivation!

Set 1 includes some walking (like 2 times for short interval), even for the joggers and runners; and it has a 10% hill on one of those walks! YIKES! LOL. Set 8 is great too, and I use this one with the runners' numbers when I want to hit at least 6 miles of distance. I recommend either of them!

Thanks Gayle;
I had my almost 17 year old pick it out and we ended up getting itread set 3 40 minute - she liked the music

So thanks to those codes I have itreads sets 2 & 3 both 40 minutes ;)

Thanks for the free codes - the workouts are great!

I got one elliptical 40 min. one and then one triworkout with treat/elliptical/bike then back to tread. I burned 730 calories with that one. Very fun and a nice change from my usual routine.

I had to laugh, though, with the two that were in the TriTrain - they act like their actually working out with you yet I hear no breathing or huffing/puffing...so I actually think they are sitting there sipping a drink in a recliner or something!

So, thanks for the codes - I'm sure I'll be back to actually buy some at some point.
