Hey, Mary! Congrats on the new iPod.....my BF bought me an 80gb! It's so big (memory-wise, I'm not sure what to do with it! LOL).
I'm a HUGE iTrain fan. I love the iTreads to death. I bought the Year's Resolution package that allows me to get 3 downloads per month, and extras can be bought ala cart. But you can just buy one or 2 as you go, or buy a monthly pass...whatever works for you. My favorite iTread workouts (right now) are Set 25, Top 40, 40 minutes; Sets 13 and 19, each are 30 minute Sprint workouts. I also use iClimbs on ocassion and I also use iCycles for cross-training. iTread 21, 30 minute walking intervals is a nice one to have to add onto the end of a heavy weight workout when you want something a little bit 'more', but not a killer workout (because you just killed yourself with a weight workout, lol).
