<--is frustrated because <--'s w/o was interrupted/stopped by the onset of severe cramps in the toes x(
<--gets these periodically, but usually at the end of w/o x( x(
<--did at least get 5 sets of 5 chinups (weighted with 5 extra pounds) in before the madness begun
<--got through the second set of squats on GSL and had to call it quits!!
