The vanilla is pretty good, though I think I'll switch to chocolate, because I think it's tastier in general (though I haven't tried the Isopure chocolate). I bought vanilla originally to add it to my oatmeal, but it wouldn't mix in smoothly. So now I'm just drinking it mixed with water or milk. BUT, I'm partial to chocolate because you can add a tablespoon of natural peanut butter, splash of milk, ice cubes, whip in a blender, and you'll have a delicious shake that will tide you over for at least 2-3 hours.
