Hello Cathe fans! It's been ages since I've visited these awesome forums! Brings back great memories.
I'm reading a book called Lifting Heavy Things about using weight lifting to release trauma. This is why I'm here. I'm looking for a HAES and trauma informed personal trainer to help me develop a progressive program. I've done google searches for my area (Memphis), but haven't found anyone that is a good fit. So I thought I'd ask this educated crowd
I've felt best in my body when I've been lifting regularly with Cathe. My body has been through a lot of trauma over the past 12 years and I'm really feeling it. It's time to release it and get back to being and feeling strong in my body.
I prefer to work with someone IRL but would be willing to try zoom type.
I'd be grateful for any leads and connections you offer.
Thanks in advance!
