Here is what I have done the last 2 weeks for working out & I just want to make sure its ok to do. I don't want to over work my body or fatigue. I ust love doing weights more then just plain cardio but don't get me wrong I do like the Step Tapes too

I know you can't do PLB & say Legs & Glutes together right ? Or 2 lower body workouts back to back but I thought if it was circuit or intervals it was ok.
