I tried to search the Rotation forum, but get a zillion hits and not what I am looking for. Is there a dedicated rotation for the following series' when they first came out:

4 Day Split
Cross Train Express
Hardcore
Body Blast
Intensity
Low Intensity Series

Thanks!

Hi! Just wanted to add to what firemedic has posted.

bayerngirl has done an excellent job of resurrecting these rotations with working links in the rotations forum. So please refer to her threads in that forum if I flubbed anything here.

CTX

As far as CTX, these aren't ones you'll find in bayerngirl's thread.

Here are some options (not Cathe) that I have compiled from others..one was Kathryn..but I'm not sure who suggested the others.

Option 1
The Cross Train Express series in the order of your choice. But separate the Power Circuit video from the Leaner Legs video. Seventh day is OFF.

Option 2
Cross Train Express

DAY.....................WORKOUT

MONDAY......Back, Legs, Abs, Cardio....CTX Power Circuit

TUESDAY.....Chest, Cardio..............CTX Step & Intervals

WEDNESDAY...Legs, Abs..................CTX Leaner Legs

THURSDAY....Shoulders, Abs, Cardio.....CTX All Step

FRIDAY......Biceps, Abs, Cardio........CTX Kickbox

SATURDAY....Triceps, Cardio............CTX 10-10-10

SUNDAY......Rest or Pilates/Yoga

Option 3
(Kathryn option) If you do the workouts in this order, you will give each muscle group enough rest and not work them on consecutive days:
Back/leg circuit
Chest
Legs
Shoulders (not directly after chest, because they are synergists for the chest)
Biceps
Triceps (again, they are synergists for the shoulders)

Enjoy! :)
