Is there a listing of the weights used in each video?

I'm new to this forum, so forgive me if this has been asked before. I am wondering if a list has ever been compiled of the amount of weights used in each video. I realize that I should use the weight that challenges me, but I'm just curious. I noticed that Cathe says the weight that she's using sometimes, but not alawys. Thanks!

It just so happens that I've been working on a workout binder where I've typed out detailed descriptions of Cathe's weight videos that include the weights she uses.

The document was originally typed in Corel Wordperfect which I'm most proficient at, but I've converted it to a Microsoft Word file. Something, of course, is lost in the conversion (formats, fonts, etc.) since Wordperfect and Word are sworn enemies that don't dance well together.

If you like, I can e-mail the document to you. If so, which version would you prefer? Wordperfect or Word? Or both?

P.S. I've made the fonts very large. I tape the pages to the wall while I work out 'cause I need to know what comes next and how heavy to go. You might also like to do what I have done: I've modified the original document to make wall sheets (i.e. I leave the weights used as blanks so I can write in the weights I'm using on that particular day. I can also send you an example of this if you wish. (I only have the "Wall Sheets" in Wordperfect but I can modify an example to Word)

I always preview my workouts before doing, and use that time to write up a preliminary outline of the workout, including weights used. Since I've been doing this for a while, I can usually guesstimate my own weight fairly easily based on the exercise and what I do vs. what Cathe does. (Ie: me heavier in back exercises, but lighter on chest flies).
