Is the arm work in Lean Legs & Abs OK to do a day apart from arms in Gym style or Lift it?

Hello,
I just got the Lean Legs & Abs workout. There is a fair amount of arm work with weights in the workout. Would this be considered an arm workout too? I also go the Lift it and Gym style series; and wonder if I should do the Gym style or Lift it arm workouts the day after Lean Legs.
thank you!

I don't consider it an arm workout because the weights are low and the objective of the moves is to raise the heart rate and work compound weight moves, and work lower body for endurance.

I would be OK with doing an arm weights workout the next day.

However, if you are new to training with weights or with Cathe and you are sore the next day, take a day off from weights, focus on cardio, or weight train chest/back and shoulders (even though the arms will assist in these lifts and may still get used to some extent).

You do what feels best for you, OK?

I don't consider the arm work in lean legs or great glutes an upper body workout, I always use them as lower body only and always do a upper body workout the next day. The weights are more for cardio factor than a real strength training workout for the upper body. Love both of these workouts, btw
