To gain results ?
As you all know I want to lose weight, and reduce my body size, can I really do that by eating clean, and doing just one Cathe wrokout per day, with one rest day ?
You can tell I am on a TTOTM downer x( BIG TIME x(
I am aiming to do what Cathe has recommended for weight loss, which is 4 days of cardio, 2 days of weights, and 1 day off.
Can I really lose weight doing this ?
My no-sugar thing is going well today - one positive thing at least.
My brain though wants me to do more workout time per day, but does too much result in no results ?? I tried that before Christmas, and lost nothing, I just maintained.
Well, a nice good kick up my back side would be nice ? Anyone willing ?
