I know that the lower body portion contains a lot of reps, but what about the upper body section. I'm looking for a heavier upper body workout that's done in one session. I never seem to get the time for two upper body workouts a week.
I'd recommend CTX Upper Body for a heavy weight workout or Pyramid upper body if you're working upper body once a week. I did CTX upper body as my only upper body workout last week and was pleased with the results.
I haven't done MIS upper body for a while so I can't comment on it. I know it was my first Cathe strength tape and I thought I was going to die before completing it. It's amazing the progress you can make with Cathe.
