I'm thinking of getting PUB/PLB but was wondering about this:
I read about getting a routine but changing it every 6 weeks or so. For weight training, is it okay to use, for example, MM one day, and then a few days later, maybe do PLB and MM upper body? I guess what I'm asking is do you have to do the same weight training DVD for awhile to get results or can you switch it up on a regular basis?
 
Personaly I like to switch it up so that I don't get bored. You will just have to see what works for you! HTH
