Or does Cathe move threw the new videos very quickly?(the strength ones)
Maybe it is just me and the fact of getting use to new videos but it seems as if we do one exercise and then we are running to get our weights for another exercise.I never noticed this with any other workouts.
I dearly love my new workouts and I know they will get easier with time, once we learn all of the moves we will be well prepared for whats to come.But I was just wondering if anyone else noticed this.Or maybe she is moving quickly b/c it as something to do with them being Body Blast Workouts...I dunno....

just a thought...

Hi Lori! I noticed that too. I have found that having a list of all the moves and also what weight Cathe & I use beside me is a BIG help. I can glance at it quickly and grab what weights I need. I love the fact that the vids seem to go sooo quickly. That is because the music is sooo good in my opinion and Cathe made them fun. Time flies when you are having FUN! :7

Hi Lori, I've only done one of the Body Blast tapes so far, but when I need a few extra seconds to grab a weight, or a sip of water, or just breathe - LOL - I just pause the VCR. One of the reasons I love working out at home is you can do things like that to make the workout more adaptable to your own personal needs! Looking forward to doing the rest of the Body Blast series this week!!!

I don't have the BB series yet (waiting on DVD's), but I found that she zips through the weight changes in PLB and PUB faster than I can. I just let her get ahead, and when I'm ready, I "chapter back" to get the gang back to where I am.
 
yes this si wat i do too I have only done the push pull and supersets once cuz I am doing the PUB cuz I love it but I htink she goes quick here after a few workouts I know what I want and I keep handy but if I fall behind I just rewind.

Glad to know its not just me.
I did Supersets for the second time last night and I found the second time to be a bit easier.I guess I know she moves quickly so I don't stand their like a dumby and think shes gonna stretch...Instead I am ready to run for my weights :)

Lori I just read your second post and it made me laugh Stand there like a dummy no standing around in Cathe time I am at work and I just ordered after wanting for a long time the upper body cross training tape I have all the tapes I have just been ff to the weights but I figure I deserve this since I have kept to my weight working out like I told myself I owuld do when winter came.So now I ahve that to look forward to coming in the mail I think this will be good after the PUB thing wears on me Would you know is the weight portion of these strength or endurance I can't remember cuz i borrowed them to a friend to try. I definitely think PUB is strength whatever iamseeing results so i am loving it but I remember really liking these weight segments too and I bet they are just a little slower paced OK enough babbling I tend to do that when ia m at work lack of sleep I think

I (personnally)think that the new videos are more endurance type wotkouts.Some of the moves are harder then in other videos , and then there are the easier ones.I still haven't done push and pull yet so I will leave that one out of my comments.I think K,P&C worked my biceps harder then the workouts with weights in them.
Have you got CTX upper body? In my opinion, this is her hardest workout.That one always leaves me burning.
