Is it just me or am I missing information?

It is just me or has Shock Cardio updates been few and far between!!! Since I ordered Shock Cardio, there have not really been much updates. Whenever I pre-ordered in the past, there were always updates and it was exciting to see. It just seems that everything this time around is "hush, hush" or I can't find the updates.

Does anybody know when shipping will be taking place, has it been extended?
 
Nope, it's not just you. By coming onto the site and searching around frequently, you can find a little information. But there hasn't been much.

I can tell you that they haven't filmed yet. There have been a few rehearsal photos posted on the flickr site. I'm expecting them to film in late September/early October (just a guess on my part). I hope to receive the workouts by January or February of next year.

Thank you!! That is what I thought. I seen the pictures but couldn't find anything about filming so figured they had not been filmed yet. Can't wait to get them and hope there is an update soon.

I really don't mind waiting and I do like the pre-sale price but what I don't like is NOT being updated. I am beginning to feel that all Cathe's business ventures are getting in the way of producing her workouts and that is what is causing the delay and I don't think that is fair - she does have our money. I thought filming would have started by now.

I was just asking if there was an update that I missed. Am I not allowed to do that or is there some kind of rule somewhere. In the past there were lots of updates and since March, I really have not seen that much.
 
I don't see anything wrong with the original poster asking about updates on STS Cardio. She's right - there haven't been very many. I checked the blog and the last update was the end of August and Cathe wrote, "I’ll try to give you an update on kickbox next week." I haven't seen anything since then.
