I'm currently doing a rotation w/ the Pure Strength series. I'd like to change to a new rotation in a couple weeks and was looking at the CTX series. My only problem is that I am not very coordinated and have basically no step experience (other than basic up/down stepping, maybe a step + knee lift here and there!). Anyone have an opinion on whether CTX will be waaaayyy too advanced or if it's easy to learn?

I am COMPLETELY choreo challenged but CTX was do-able for me. Some workouts took more time to catch on to than others, but all were do-able and I was still pretty new to step myself.

So advanced~yes, but too advanced~no! It's do-able, just take your time learning and you'll be having fun as you learn. :)

I have to agree with Donna, and it is not just because we have the same name....hee....I have two left feet..really bad, even though I have only done a couple in the series..Step and Intervals, Kickbox and 10-10-10 I found that as long as I previewed first and kinda new what was coming up I did okay. But rewinding was necessary, but not so that it made me crazy. And the whole series was worth getting just for the kickboxing tape....it is just about the most fun I have ever had working out!

I have Cardio Kicks already which I absolutely love! Glad to know you the CTX kickboxing is good too! Thanks for your comments.

CTX is learnable, but if you have no experience it will be a challenge. Remember, you have to be willing to try and persevere. I know very few people that cannot learn it, but I know many people who would not....

and I think that is true for all Cathe cardio. Once you get her "moves" its all good......
