Is ANYONE going to respond to my email about SHOCK missing?

I really want to know if there is record of me ordering it. I am devastated that my clients and everyone else has received it and I have not. I am very upset. Can anyone help me? Nancy in CS has seemed to write to everyone but me.

so sorry carissa if it helps there quite a few of us that still haven't even received ours yet either and b/c we picked USPS option we have no idea if it even went out b/c postal orders didn't get any notices

so its possible that you picked USPS and it just hasn't gotten there?

ETA-do you have statement from CC or something that you used to order it? that might be a help as well.

Thanks Kassia - you know what it is? The problem is that since ordering it in March, I have since cancelled that CC and have a new one. Also, when/if I received a confirmation email in March, I undoubtedly deleted it. I guess I am most upset that my clients that ordered it JUST did so w/ no pre-sale and they already have received theirs. I mean literally, one ordered hers like last week and she emailed me and said she did one last night. Um, okay. Whatever. I ordered mine in March and dont have it. I am just sort of disgusted. Thanks for responding. I just really wanted this for Christmas.
 
I'm sure someone in customer service will get back to you as soon as is possible, but at this point you have nothing to worry about. Most people will not get an email confirmation notice since they chose usps as their delivery option. Delivery times for usps vary widely. A person in California may get their package in two days while a person just 50 miles from us may not see their package for a week. We only finished shipping packages on Monday (two days ago) and with the bad weather most people will not see their orders until tomorrow or possibly not until next week after the holidays.
 
Thank you SNM. Nancy just wrote back to me and I DID order it! Yay! I don't care when I actually get the videos - I am just glad that I ordered it and that there was, in fact, record of it! Thank you very much!

same here, i keep hearing so many getting theirs when i ordered early as well but i am trying to be patient b/c some processing centers have been backed up with the snow but hopefully mine is in lynchburg at least and it will be here today or tomorrow. hope you get yours soon as well!!! i accidentally deleted my email from them but somehow i dug up a saved document with my order into in it. i still have the CC statement as well but i am pretty sure they have to be on their way.

I always print out my order confirmation e-mail and stick it on my bulletin board so I know where it is if I need it. You might want to consider doing that next time.
 
SHOCK FOUND!!!

carissa just offering you a little piece of hope that yours will be there. UPS just brought mine. i emailed shortly before shipping began about changing method from USPS to UPS but thought they couldn't do it b/c i didn't get an email and tracking wasn't working but it was here!!!

My sister and I take turns ordering and paying for our Cathe products. This time it was on me and I received one order, but haven't received the second one, hopefully I will arrived after the holidays. I selected USPS.
