Are the ipod workouts going to be video workouts or just audio? I'm trying to decide what kind of ipod to buy.
 
We will offer both both audio (MP3) and video(mpeg4)workouts. So, if you want to be able to do both you will need a video ipod.

I'd also be interested to know if your going to offer CD versions???? I have dial-up internet service and downloading an ipod workout is next to impossible for me.
 
Hi, are you saying that DVD workouts will never be produced, and if so can the ipod workouts be transferred to dvd at home?. I don,t understand how one can workout effectively to such a small screen.

Ipod workouts have nothing to do with our DVD workouts. We're not abandoning making DVD’s just launching a new venture.
