Do you find yourself doing more Cathe live &/or the new blender more than dvds? I am!!! I've always loved live but now with the blender, I haven't picked out a dvd in a week. I just love making my own premixes with Cathe's workouts. I just put together a Hi/Lo workout for tomorrow am and cannot wait to try it. The only thing I haven't tried making is a lower body workout because Cathe has so many great ones, that it's hard to choose what to do. I'll probably end up with a 90 min lower body workout by the time I'm done. So now I have to think about making a few smaller ones with all the ideas in my head. I love the upper body ones I've made so far. This is so much fun.
