Hello Cathe,
I love the music you used for the warm-up in this tape. Have you used it in your other vids? I've heard it on other CIA vids (9701 w/Donna Read) and I want to use it for my classes.

Myra, that first song in the warm-up is my favorite! The rest of the soundtrack is great, too. If you want to get it to use for your classes, it's Dynamix's Instrumentally Yours #3 (http://www.dynamixmusic.com).

Dynamix ?

I believe it's Dynamix Instrumentally Yours #3, isn't it? I almost ordered it, but I need a CD for my car and it's only available in a cassette. I love the music, and just want to listen to it!

I asked this same question awhile back

The tape Cathe used for IMax is called Instrumentally Yours 3 and it's available from Dynamix. I love this tape for my kickboxing classes! (BTW, the other Instrumentally Yours tapes -- there are five of them -- are really great too. I think Volume 1 is out of print, but I believe Volume 2 was being offered in the last Dynamix catalogue for only $9.99).

Thanks so much! I see I'm not the only one who loves that music! I've never tried Dynamix, I've only bought from Tim Culwell & Muscle Mixes Music. I just started getting the Dynamix catalog, I have the newest one, I'll have to go check and see if it's there.
I can't wait to hear what she uses for her new tapes. Isn't music like 1/2 of the workout or what??

New Music in the 8 pack

Hi Myra! Yes, Instrumentally Yours 3 was used in Interval Max. I think its great too and its also one of my favorite instrumentals available.

You mentioned the music for the new tapes on another post. Just wanted to tell you that we had much of it custom made by Muscle Mixes music and its really energizing, invigorating, and up lifting. I especially like "the Piper" and a James Bond Type remix for kick boxing. Much of the music that we used for the strength portion has a dreamy new age sound to it(along with a wide variety of interesting instruments and a percussive beat)which really works well when working with rep style variations(which we will be doing). And the cool down music is also incredible. I had many people comment on all of the music and many asked if it was available on CD just so they could enjoy it in their cars. I think you'll really like it.
