Intermittent Fasting plan....started yesterday.

My dh, daughter and I have been doing the 5/2 plan for a little over a year now, and we've all lost abut 30-35 lbs. It's very doable, caused me to become more creative with cooking so that the fast day meals are delicious but low calorie. I've been on a plateau for a few weeks now, but I'm sticking to this plan, hoping to lose about 2o more lbs this next few months. I highly recommend this WOE!

There seems to be a lot of success with this program once people hear about it. It's so interesting how fasting, even moderately, can have so many health benefits.

Made it through FD 2 today and really felt fine. I love how much energy I have.
 
I just came through my 3rd fast. Down another 3 lbs! I started watching what I am eating on non fast days, and added 1 more fast day. Also started running again, only making it HIIT.

I eat a tiny bit every few hours on fast days, since I am on meds for pain and have to have something in my stomach. It obviously hasn't affected my weight loss! And it gets a lot easier as time goes on.
