I just wanted to cast my vote for a 15-30 min. stretching session as an extra for the DVD's. These workouts sound great--really new & exciting! I will be saving my money up for the entire series, that's for sure! Thanks, Cathe!
This might be fantastic! Perhaps you could sequence all of the cardio from boot camp and cardio + weights together for an all cardio workout. And all of the upperbody or all of the lowerbody together. This is super news!!!
I prefer as few DVDs as possible (3 workouts on one would be perfect) because I have a single-DVD player, and it would be more useful for mixing and matching.
I see no conflict in offering the VIDEOS separately, and putting 3 workouts on TWO DVDS. Those who really only want one workout can buy the video version, while those who want the mix-and-match features of the DVD can go that way.
