Cathe has too many choices!!!

Any suggestions? What were your results with these? What do you like about these? What didnt you like?

Im trying to lose 15 or so pounds. And really tone and lean out my body. Lower body bulks easily. I can workout 5 -6 days a week. Definitley an hour a day sometimes longer.

Anything you think would be better for me then Intensity or CTX?

Thanks

;-)

Intensities - You get Pyramid Upper and lower and Muscle endurance for weights. Cardio and weights and bootcamp for combinations and Imax2 for a great interval aerobic workout. The music is awsome - the dvd's are chaptered and there are pre-mixes and since you have an hour to workout - you won't have any time problem.

The intensity series has some of my favorite Cathe workouts.

I agree with Bebop. If you have the time to spend, you can get more variety and intensity with the Intensities. CTX is better if you have time limitations.

I seen excellent results with the Intensity Series. I love this series. The biggest difference I noticed was in my core, but did see changes in my whole body.

Hey Madison1:
I love this series because of its variety and intensity.

This series gave me (and my metabolism) a good kick in the pants. I gained stength and some really nice upper arm and pectoral definition with PUB but admittedly didn't embrace PLB with such zeal. I shaved off a few pounds in the weeks after I got the series but can't give you numbers as I think scales are evil and jeans never lie.

I really like that there were 2 total body workouts combining cardio and strength training (BC and C&W) for those days I can't decide what to do, I respect and admire those who follow rotations, my workouts are my play time and I haven't yet tapped into the discipline to follow rotations:)

I really like muscle endurance as well for hitting all of the muscle groups in one workout.

IMAX2 is the funnest of the fun!!!!!}( If Laurie needs an endorphin fix she's going for either 1 of the IMAX workouts :p

My only gripe about the series when I first received it was the desire for more cardio but that is an itty bitty gripe. The endorphin junkie in me can be a little insatiable at times but gotta keep that balance right!!??!!;-)

Trust us Madison1, you can't go wrong with this series. Enjoy!!

Take Care

Yep, gotta agree! The "Intensities"! I love CTX and you do NEED them also, but if you go with one set now, The "I" Series is awesome. Like Beverly, I saw the biggest improvement in my core from PUB corework too and I LOVE, LOVE IMax2! Muscle Endurance leaves every muscle totally worked. Have FUN and let us know what you decide.

INTENSITY. It delivers.

But I wouldn't discount CTX. It's also a wonderful series. I make my own workouts using different cardio segments. When you need a change from Intensity, consider getting this one.

I have all of Cathe's DVDs and if I could only have one, it would be CTX. :)

I love the Intensity Series, but I'm always reaching for CTX because it packs so much intensity into so little time and that's exactly what I need. I work full time and have an 8 year old, so that is the reason. :) It also gave me great results. I rotated doing the CTX series 4 to 5 times a week last summer, and lost 13 pounds!
