Cathe, would you be willing to create an instructional video for proper use of the dip bars? I used them for the first time today and something is "off". I am a lot taller than you ladies and am sure I have the adjustments all wrong.
How far apart/close do I want the bars? How high/low do I want the bars? I am sure it will depend on the exercise move and our bodies, but a generalized instruction such as "for horizontal pull ups you want the bars shoulder width and keep your feet at a 90 degree bend" or "for dips, you want the bars X width, hip high, elbows to go back 45 degrees" (or whatever).
