Just wanted to clarify:
Shakeology is NOT going to be included in the Insanity Deluxe set. A 60 day supply of Recovery & Results formula (from P90x) will be included in the Deluxe set along w/ 3 additional workouts (Max Interval Sport Training, Insane Abs & Upper Body Weight Training.) No word yet on the price for the Deluxe set.
Jonanah, thanks for the clarification. I am on board to get the deluxe set regardless of price, even if part of the price is for that panther piss you mentioned just now. Thankfully, I can cash in the cash value of my accrued sickleave hours at work to get reimbursed for fitness-related expenses including DVDs, so I'm not too worried about price. I do wish, however, that the July 13th date felt like a firm one!

I just hope that doesn't mean you're automatically signed up for a recurring delivery of the R&R formula (that I have no interest in), because I have a feeling BB could mess up any cancellations of it.

I'm waiting for this also... I will probably cave and get the extra disks too I know when I ordered turbo jam the Turbo Jam Elite add-on workouts were much cheaper as an add on, but that was after Turbo Jam had been out for a bit. I like the add-ons much better then the most of the originals...
As far as the P90X recovery drink goes. I loved that drink (the taste anyway), but I have since found much better product that works better for me too. Sadly it was very easy to do. I have a few other items I was looking to sell on ebay anyway....

I hope so too.
Although, yesterday I called to cancel my Tony One on One (a year was enough for me
). It seemed easy as pie....they gave me a cancellation number to keep. Let's hope it doesn't come back to bite me

I'm intrigued by this. I went to BB's website & there doesn't seem to be much info (can I just interject how much I despise BB? Their website & CS is kinda sucky). Does anyone have more details? What kind of workouts? How long are they? How many?
I'm also a little confused as to the identity of jansherman & ExtremeFitnessResults, but I think I'll say no more about that.

It appears to be mostly cardio/intervals. I know this is an all bodyweight workout. This was posted on the ya ya board by another coach:
INSANITY - new release date is July 13th! It is 10 insane workouts with a fitness guide, nutrition guide and wall poster for $120. There will also be a "deluxe" version available with 3 additional workouts - no price info on this yet though. From my Team's conference call with Carl Daikeler: "It's for cardio addicts and people who want to get their endurance/lungs into top shape. Do you know any runners? Training for a marathon or triathlon? Insanity will get them there."

Lauramax - why are you confused about my identity? I'm just a regular person who mentioned Insanity to a workout buddy. She googled it right away, and found the extremefitness site. She placed an order, and got a confirmation. However, the day after, she received a notice that the product was not yet available and would be shipped when it is released. Hope that clears up your confusion.
The reason for my initial post was that I was so excited to get the program, I wondered if it could be true that it had been released and BB didn't have the info. Evidently it hasn't, and I plan to order through the BB coach who let me know about the free sneak preview disk.

THanks for the info! I'm getting intrigued. Is this an all cardio program that we add in our own weight training or are there weights in the circuit w.o.s?
Also, is there a sample rotation listed anywhere?

I've read (not 100%) these are bodyweight workouts.
I don't know what the rotation looks like. Maybe a BB coach can shed some light on this.
On another note...I read Carl Daileker's twitter page and he stated he was holding the Insanity package in his hand!!! So it looks like they are in stock. Someone on the VF called BB yesterday and they said it will be released tomorrow July 9. BB customer service is not the best source of info though.
