Insanity Results so far?

those of you that have had insanity for a week or so, how have your fat loss results been so far? with or without there nutrition program? I start today!!
 
Results: I haven't weighed myself, but today my normally perfectly snug jeans seem to be sliding down my hips. Also, my legs are tired. ;)

I've been doing the rotation as presented, although I've added kettlebells to the end of the routines. I haven't modified my eating - I'm vegan and I stick to mostly whole foods, with very occasional sweets.
 
I have not been losing alot of weight so far, maybe if I add some weights in that will help???
 
I've just been doing the program as-is (I haven't added weights), and lost two pounds the first week. I've been eating pretty clean, but have sneaked in a few treats every now and again. ;)
 
Not sure if you're interested in a guy's results.

I've been on the Insanity rotation for just under 2 weeks. I am not following the eating plan but my diet isn't too bad anyway....despite treats like cookies every now and then.

I've lost some weight already but I don't weigh myself so I don't know how much. My pants are looser and I am tighter all over. The striations in my shoulders are deeper.

I feel good, and I know my cardio ability has increased already. My 2nd Fit Test is on Monday, so all will be revealed then regarding performance results. :)
 
Thanks everyone for posting your results (and yes Adam, my DH wants to do Insanity so I'm always interested in a guy's results). :)

I need to just go ahead and order this and stop obsessing about it.
 
I am on day 10 and have been eating pretty clean and doing the workouts as the rotation is and havent lost anyweight? It's just weird cause I should have.
 
I just finished week 3 and have lost 6 pounds by following the diet and rotation as suggested. I am now in my "skinny pants" and my thighs are leaning out. My calves and stomach have become more "cut". I am amazed at how my cardiac ability has improved in such a short period of time. On the down side, my hamstrings are killing me and I have suddenly become obsessed with how high I can do jump tucks.....

first week!!

I'm on my first week, I don't know yet. But I'm doing sts meso 2 every other day, it will take me longer to finish the 60 days rotation.
My diet is pretty clean, I don't follow the diet because I was all ready on that type of food, I only have try to eat every 3-4 hours and not a big meal before working out.:)
I hope this help me lean my arms, that's my zone trouble and I hate them:mad:
any suggestions about what to do with this???

On the fit test I think I did pretty goo. Compare with the guys on the dvd I was up there close to them, of course woman's power!:eek:
