MIP is done and gosh those power push ups get me every time - following those with the side to side globe jumps just pushes me to that edge

Regina - I like the deluxe workouts (Insane Abs, Upper Body Weights & Sports Training) and purchased them at the same time as the basic set. I like the variety to add to the Insanity rotation since I plan on doing this rotation quite a few times in the future. My results have been similar to yours as far as an overall slimming down and I love it I’m planning on a P90X Classic rotation after Insanity.
Sandra - I remember doing those floor switch kicks for the first time, my brain & body were just not cooperating in kicking my legs up - no coordination whatsoever. Now I finally got that rhythm - they are tough
