Good Morning Y'all!! :eek:

Well, Shaun T has ruined my other cardio workouts. I did ½ of Imax3 this morning and got frustrated trying to learn the steps that I could not get my heart rate up so I threw in PC and was a happy camper :p I got more of a workout in the warm-up of PC than I did in the first ½ of Imax3 :eek:

Becky ~ Glad you found a doctor who gets *IT* and I’m glad you’re on the mend :D

Regina ~ I’m not crazy about Firepower and have not tried Ropes Gone Wild although the ropes do not appeal to me :)

Marianne ~ Great improvement on MIP!! :D

Good Morning Everyone!

Today was MR and a 15 min run. I love the stretching in this workout and I really needed it. I can't believe that week 3 is almost done.

Jennifer, sorry Imax 3 was not better for you. I really like the workout but I am a stepper at heart so it was easy for me to learn.
Becky, good job listening to the doctor. Give your ankle time to heal or you will be out for much longer.
Regina, congrats for completing week 3.
Marianne, ^5 on getting through the diamond jumps!
 
Good Morning to Everyone!

Marianne- Glad that you did better with MIP. I have actually grown to like diamond jumps. You put into words how I feel with Insanity- I always start out strong and begin to die out near the end! At least now, it is near the very end that I begin to die out. I remember that when I first started the warm up felt like a workout in itself.

Jennifer- I like IMAX 3 but Imax 2 is my favorite of the Imaxs. I know how you feel. It will be hard for me to go back to steady state cardio but I do intend to do Insanity once or maybe two times weekly after I complete my final week.

Colleen – I also enjoy step aerobics. What is your favorite(s) step workout(s) of any instructor? I am looking forward to the Athletic step routine that is part of Cathe’s STS cardio. MR is a good workout and when it comes up in the rotation I find that my body really needs it.

Jennifer ~ I have never been a cardio queen so I have a feeling that when I'm able to, INSANITY will become a regular part of all my future rotations.
It's good to hear that after completing the rotation you are STILL loving them!

Marianne ~ I know what you mean. I always get excited when I see the countdown clock...I can do this for half an hour....then WHAT! 15 minutes left of this INSANITY....is it EVER going to end??? I can't wait until I can do it all! Great improvement on MIP!!!

Colleen and Regina ~ I admire anyone who enjoys and looks forward to challenging step routines. It's much better for my health and safety if I avoid them.

I can't wait for the MMA series of Shock Cardio! I will definitely be getting them!

Feeling better today....AND I have one ankle bone showing! :p I did rest yesterday and only did 30 minutes of cycle today. It's funny because my mind plays tricks on me...and I almost forget about it...until I stand up! LOL! Then I remember! :rolleyes:

Hi Everyone,
My work schedule has been a bit hectic. I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday, but I did do Max Recovery Yesterday since I didn't have time for MC and CA. I didn't do anything today. :( So tomorrow will be MC and CA.

Becky, It sounds like you're healing nicely if you can see an ankle bone. I'm glad you're taking the time to let it heal though. Trust me you'll be happier in the long run. How are the kids doing at school, now that they've been there over a month?

Regina, Imax2 is also my favorite of the Imax workouts. :)

Colleen, how is the running coming along now that you've been released?

Jennifer, I have Imax3, but I honestly don't even remember doing that one. :eek: How was PC after finishing Month 2?
 
Good evening ladies

I did MR today with a Butt&Guts Leg Blast add-on. Seemed like a good idea at the time as my hips/butt are absolutely my biggest problem. I haven't done that premix before and I liked it. No floor work but 2 sets of firewalkers (which are very effective for me). But I think tomorrow when I am trying to do MCC, I will be regretting doing B&G today.
Oh well...I do really like the Max Recovery.

Jennifer and Dawn- I'm surprised yall haven't done IMAX3 or that you don't like it that much. It was always my "go to"workout when I wanted to really push myself and wear myself out. But that was before Insanity and I too am a stepper at heart. I do dread the 7th interval with the jumps up and down from the step but it does feel good to be able to do it all. I'm really interested to see how hard or easy it will feel after Insanity

Becky- YEA!!! on your ankle bone!

BTW- should we be called Insane or just "Reality Challenged"?
