Inner Elbow Strain Meso #3 Biceps!

Boy, I guess I did a good job a few days ago on the Biceps dvd (around disk 29-30). I don't know how my weights were figured out so high (48 lbs. for bicep curls which I CANNOT do!!), but all my weights seemed too much so I decreased them during the workout. I tried working through the pain in my inner elbow (I'm a weakling I guess when it comes to biceps) and of course, the forearm burn :rolleyes:

I must have pulled or strained something. I can't even do push-ups. I dont dare do kickbox either. Have to hold off on STS I guess till this goes away because it hurts during the day too. :(

Just going to rest the arm and continue to do cardio.

Anybody else have this problem?
 
only with bands

I get this problem every time I do barbell curls with the band. It doesn't even matter how much weight is on the barbell at the time. Something about the band really hurts that inner elbow muscle, to the point where I can't even straighten out my arm! I have found that heat, gently rubbing and ibuprofen help a lot. Nurse it carefully, and then jump back into STS. Feel better soon!
 
It could be medial epicondylitis. (golfer's elbow) I had this same pain last year for several months. You'll find plenty of info on it if you google it. Good luck. I hope it eases up soon.
