Boy, I guess I did a good job a few days ago on the Biceps dvd (around disk 29-30). I don't know how my weights were figured out so high (48 lbs. for bicep curls which I CANNOT do!!), but all my weights seemed too much so I decreased them during the workout. I tried working through the pain in my inner elbow (I'm a weakling I guess when it comes to biceps) and of course, the forearm burn
I must have pulled or strained something. I can't even do push-ups. I dont dare do kickbox either. Have to hold off on STS I guess till this goes away because it hurts during the day too.
Just going to rest the arm and continue to do cardio.
