I felt there was a need to clarify some fitness/health terms, so here goes.

Clean eating: washing your food and your hands before you eat.

A "well-rounded" workout: workout using stability balls and medecine balls (especially when done in an advanced stage of pregnancy).

Resistance workout: forcing yourself to workout, even though you really, really don't want to.

Had some some pop into mind during LM today:

Step-slam: The sound of exerciser hitting floor during step workout

DOMS: A cute acronym for *&%@ !$%& #$%( %@*%.

Reverse V: The straddle leg position with the upper body hanging forward which one assumes upon completion of Cathe workout.

Sculpt: (1) Liposuction; (2) The excessive scrubbing of one thighs and glutes with miracle creams.

Rest: Pause one second and then resume exercise. (Found this one in the 'Cathe Dictionary'.)

Tap: That thing you do to a keg to extract beer. (Can't figure out why Cathe was encouraging this during my step w/o.):+

>Bumping again - I think some of need a laugh.:7

And yes, you may laugh that I omit words like "us" when typing.

I'm laughing at the definition of DOMS - yesterday was Viper, and I went too heavy on the chest flies, so I have major DOMS in that area. My little Mini is a manual, and traffic was heavy today. Yeah, I uttered a few *&@#%^!%#!! today - a stick shift in heavy traffic with DOMS in the pecs? OUCH!!!
