holy crap!!!! i previewed each step combo briefly..but then went to each blast to watch .............did i say..HOLY CRAP!!! all 10 intervals remind me of interval 9 from imax2.....different steps..but that intense or more intense!!!!!!!!!!!!! lots of plyos,jacks,tuck jumps, plunge lunges!!!!!!!!!!! i cant imagine doing a lower body workout the day after doing this..but i guarentee cathe will have it assigned this way for the march rotaton!!!! great music...love bon jovi!!
she was more winded in these blasts than during some of the bootcamp cardios!!!!!!!!! brenda looked she was going to die in one of the intervals!!
it seemed the step segments prior to the blasts were somewhat more complex..like rhythmic step, but the blasts appear straight forward....did i mention JUMPING..it could be called plyo-max..and i am not complaining!!!
she had some steps called starbursts and peg legs!!!!!!!!! i will do actually DO this one after i go to work to borrow my depts defibrillator!!!!!!!!!!!!!
