IMAX3

Joanna is NOT kidding!!! I just previewed it and got tired doing that. Cathe says that each interval gets progressively harder, so when I saw interval one, I knew we were in for something. Plus, the recovery periods last about 20 seconds. I kid you not. I think Cathe's evil twin, A-Jock, conjured up this one. You can almost hear her evil laugh. If all the videos in this series are at comparable intensities, this will be her toughest series by far.

The choreography of the step segments is definitely more complex than Imax2 and it seems as though the BPM is faster. I love complex choreography so this makes me happy.

Everyone looks super and, IMO, their form is better than ever. I cannot believe what great shape they're all in.

This looks like an unbelievably awesome workout, and for me, one to grow with.
 
Oh, I forgot to list the premixes:

1. All 10 Blasts Only - 24 min
2. Step Only (no blasts) - 31 min
3. Intervals 1-5 (including warm-up and stretch) - 35 min
4. Intervals 6-10 (including warm-up and stretch) - 37 min

Rocky's been doing the first premix over and over all morning.:p
 
Oh I can't wait my fave of all is IMAX 2 because of the fun factor and feeling so accomplished after doing this one and I was one who wanted this one Imax3.
 
Thank you Susan! I was going to just jump in and do this workout, but I think I am going to preview it first to make sure I have the energy}( . I am still waiting for the UPS guy. This is like pure torture..lol
