For anyone who has all the Intensity Series DVDs:
What's the difference between Imax2 and having the Imax2 warmup, 10 intervals and stretch on The Terminator?
I did a rough estimate of the total time of all the Imax2 sections on The Terminator and it's almost the same length of time as the Imax2 workout; however, the length of time for each individual interval is not the same length of time on Imax2 and on The Terminator perhaps because the interval, blast and recovery listed for Imax2 are summarized and listed as a single interval on The Terminator.
I currently program my DVD player so that I do all the Imax2 sections from The Terminator in sequence, but I feel like having something longer/more intense.
How significant is the difference?
I'd appreciate some info because I'm thinking of taking advantage of the free shipping on existing Cathe workouts if I preorder the Hardcore Series.
