For the first time today I was able to complete the first Imax without having to quit and rest early. I usually poop out and just cannot complete the fourth interval I believe - the plyo jacks. She does 9 sets of eight? I made it through all of them for the first time! I was able to complete all the intervals without stopping to rest early! I was so excited! It was hard but I felt great! Now, I do not start the intervals early where Cathe is demonstrating the moves, but I at least complete the entire interval where Cathe starts and finishes.

I just wanted to share my little accomplishment. Hopefully I will maintain this gain. I do have days where I feel really strong and perform better and other days I just feel less energetic. I believe the CTX cardios which I have been incorporating more and more into my workouts have helped me increase me cardio capacity. Also, I have been doing Imax or Imax 2 at least once a week. Woo hoo! Thanks for letting me share. It is so fun and satisfying to be able to see improvements after working so hard. Everybody keep up the great work!
