IMAX talk,talk,talk!

Okay Girlz! After all this Imax talk I am going for it, I just ordered my first Imax. I chose the original DVD that also includes Rythmic Step and Maximum Intensity Cardio. I am a little worried to see what kind of Cardio shape I am really in(actually NOT in) I primarily do Cathe's other workouts like the Gym Styles,Pryamid's,MM,and ME and get my cardio from walk/jogging a few days a week,I use the term "few"loosely, I am excited about taling my Cardio to a whole new level.... I think LOL.}(

Woo Hoo! Those are some kick a$$ workouts you got there Girl! This will most certainly take the cardio up a few notches, nothing gets me huffing and puffing like IMAX and the hi-lo section of MIC, now that's some cardio}( Let us know how you like them! Enjoy!

Take Care

I completely agree with Laurie!!! Those workouts will take you to a whole new Cardio level...let us know how you like them...:)

You will have so much fun!!

I love the step workout in that DVD, and the MIC always takes my breath away!!;)

That DVD is one of the best values on the market.

Believe it or don't, the original Interval Max was the first Cathe workout I ever did. Looked simple enough when I previewed it (back in the Stone Age Video Days), and it murdered me the first time I did it. It took me about 3 weeks of doing it 2X per week to get through all of the intervals without modifying. Used the tape so much I broke it, bought another copy, then finally saw the light and got the 3-workout DVD. Rhythmic Step's choreography always defeats me but I like the warm-up, and MIC well . . . what can I say.

Good buying, Girlie!

I just did MIC on Sunday. It kills me every time. The step is not so bad but the hi/lo kills me. How long does it take before you can go the whole way through without any modifications? The problem for me is my heart rate goes into the 170s really quickly and I can't keep it up there for too long.
