Today's workout was IMax the original. I thought I'd do the workout on 8in step as long as I could and just lower my step to 6 or do it without the step if need be. Well, I kept it at 8in the whole time. I only missed a few steps, but never stopped the workout.
I'm feeling a little smug right now. At 46, I'm still keeping up with Cathe and the crew for the most part. I burned 963 calories with this workout today. And, my quads, hams or gluts were never moved to failure. Wow.
It was all a pleasant surprise.
