I have owned Imax 3 for a long time, but had never gotten up the courage to do it because I thought it would be very hard. A couple of days ago I did it. I really liked it and it wasn't nearly as hard for me as I had built it up. The step moves, while not broken down, were familiar from the myriad of other Cathe workouts I have so I was able to follow most of them and I liked that I just did something for a couple minutes and moved on. Very fun. The blasts are tough, but doable. It's like getting a brand new workout since it's been on the shelf for so long unused! LOL.
Imax 3 is my favorite of the Imaxes, though I know a lot of people prefer Imax 2. I haven't done it in a long time because of an injury, but I think it's loads of fun but still intense.

Hey April I hear you, I got this workout as soon as it was released but used it just for the combos only premix. In the past few months I've been doing the workout as is and love it. It's quick and dirty, wastes no time and keeps my heart rate UP there! IMAX2 will be a walk in the park for you (relatively speaking}( ;-) )
