I usually only do the I-Max 3 blast only premix (in fact, did it this a.m. as part of a mish-mosh with Kick Max blast challenge and Boot Camp cardio only), and I too do most of it on an 8" step, the exceptions also being Blast #1 (the straddle taps and side jumps onto step) and Blast #7 the multi-level jacks. I'm 5'3" and the Ranking Klutz of the Cathe Forums.
