Just thought I would tell you that my sister has been a runner for years. When she got pregnant, she ran until her 7th month. Then she could not take the pressure on her bladder. So she started walking with ankle weights. She came home from the hospital looking like I do now!!! I think she was 120 when she came home. She is tiny...I think around 107-110 pounds normally. But, running really helped her not gain too much weight while pregnant.
I wanted to tell you that since I know how much you like running!
You can't imagine my surprise and joy at reading these words when I came home from work today! Way to go girl! Bet your DH is grinning ear to ear! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Sarab, thanks for telling me about your sister.I am totally confused in this area right now.I have no clue what to be doing or not to be doing.I guess I will know more when I see my doc!
:7 :7 :7 :7 :7 I am so happy for you!!!!! I bet DD is SO excited, and I really hope that if you have a girl you will name her after me! Joking aside, you totally deserve this and you have the most amazing family for this baby to come into the world to. I just need to save $$$ to make it over to your shower.

Thanks Debbie! Its been a crazy week thats for sure. Im feeling great so far. My boobs are just getting sore and Ive been going to bed early but no strong symptoms yet.
I am really hoping to continue working out but of course, right now I am really nervous about everything.
You'll be working out for a l-o-n-g time to come, cutie -- you are one fit mommy, and such a pretty one too!
Try not to be nervous, just trust your instincts and take good care of yourself and I'm sure you'll be fine! Going to bed early is a very good start. The first trimester is such a profound time for your body and your baby, and you're smart to listen to your inner signals.
Hope you keep feeling great and that all goes beautifully!!
