Hello I'm new here today. I've been reading the boards for awhile though now. I have always loved exercise and found Cathe last spring and she is making me want to be strong. From reading the boards this is probably the video I should get( I'm a pear shape)Should I get the DVD or VHS on sale. I'm not so sure I'm going to like KPC(i've never done kickboxing) but I wondering if I'll be missing out on good premixs. I'm also wondering about gymstyle legs. I have PLB. What is your favorite leg workout. Thanks
