I'm going for STS!!

So, after the Road Trip and seeing all of the amazing results from STS not to mention 100% positive testimonials, I've decided I'm going to take the plunge!!

Our anniversary, my b-day and mother's day all fall within a few weeks of each other, so I will lump the three into this one gift! I can't wait!! I'm also even more inspired than ever to REALLY clean up my diet. It's one thing to see "clean eaters" in magazines and on-line, TV, etc... it's an entirely different experience to see it in person- great muscle definition, glowing skin, super energy levels- I want all of that!!!! :eek::eek::D

I love it. I am doing a different rotation right now. But I am starting in about 4 weeks with the 6 months. Go for it. It is life changing.
 
I'm only 4 weeks away from finishing my first round of STS and I am absolutely sold on it's effectiveness! It's an amazing program! Congratulations!
 
I'm on my second STS rotation, and the results are awesome. In this second round, I'm doing STS Strength with Shock Cardio. The rotation is keeping me energized and giving me great definition. Keep in mind that STS does require time commitment (a number of the workouts are about one hour), but you won't be disappointed if you stick to it.
 
It's good to know that the time committment will be big. I need/love my cardio! How many days a week are you doing cardio?

Hi Pam, I do cardio 3 times a week (following the rotation). Sometimes if I'm feeling energetic I would add a short cardio session (30-35 minutes) to my strength days.
