Im excited

Opening the shipping box is even more exciting! The one thing I am so happy I did was put in a good stereo system in my workout room, because the music in STS is awesome.

You are going to love STS. Last week I finished meso-cycle 2 and getting ready to start Meso-Cycle 3 on Monday.

You are going to love STS... I will be doing disk 24, bicep/back tomorrow... I have never lifted as much weight as I am now with this program. Looking forward to the active rest next week. Good luck! ~ Dee
 
I have to also say that the music is awesome in STS! It is like being at the movies when you first turn it on. Great music! Great setting! I get so excited everytime I put in a new disc.

I am starting Meso 3 on Monday and can't wait. I understand the need for recovery week, but I always miss the weightlifting! I am so much stronger than I was before STS!

I ordered mine too last week and I am waiting anxiously for it to arrive.. I was so upset that it didn't come today because in Canada we don't have shipping on Saturday:(
 
Awww Steph, that's too bad. I know that feeling when you're so anxiously awaiting something special. I hope they come on Monday!
