I'm dying ......I'm dying.......!!!!!!

I did Rhythmic Step in it's entirety today (don't know what came over me) I have never done that before. Up until today I had only done the 1st combo twice and the 2nd one once and had never done the 3rd one:eek: so I was DYING!!!!!:7 :+ . I even attempted the challenge, with alot of fumbling and standing there going 'HUH'!!:+ I still end up on the wrong side of the step and honestly I think my room isn't big enough to give all the steps their full expanse of space that they need.:( But I did it and was flushed red faced when I was done and drank almost 64 oz. of water during the workout alone!!:9 I will be peeing all day!!!:+ :7

So I probably need to do this one more often to learn it better, but sometimes I just don't like the idea of stumbling through a workout!:+ :eek:
There are times I don't feel I get the best workout doing it that way but my heartrate was up and the sweat was flying so I think I did this morning.
 
Oh, Rhtymic Step was the first workout I did of Cathe's! I love it! It's a great one! It took me a few times to master the steps...then I was loving it even more!

Rhythmic Step is one of my very favorites! I just love that workout - it makes me feel like dancing!
 
Rhythmic Step is AWESOME!!! I just did that one the other day, and I love that challenge at the end!!!
