I'm confused! Where to I start?

I live in the UK and I've only recently heard of Cathe tapes. I've been using the Firm but would like something new.

I'm 5 months pregnant and would like to buy two cathe tapes or dvds to help get me back into shape after the baby arrives.

I don't have a barbell, only a handweights. I do have a short and tall step.

I'm quite petite framed and my most important goal will be not only to lose weight but to really tone up.

Which TWO tapes would you cathe fans recommend to help me get my figure back?

Please please help, my cousin is coming over from the States shortly so i'm going to ask her to buy them for me whilst she's over there.

Thanks!

Well, if I could only choose 2 workout videos I would consider Body Max, Power Hour and Muscle Endurance. All 3 are weight training but Body max has the advantage of having a cardio section. Speaking of weights MIS would be good. Now I'm making it worse!

Those are the four I would choose from. Good luck! Hopefully from all the responses you can choose the top 2.

Just two? Wow that's tough, but here goes. I think my picks/recomendations would be one cardio and one strength. I pick either Imax 1 or Imax 2 and Power Hour. I think those two would keep you working for awhile. It will take you awhile just to build your endurance to get through Imax 1 and same goes for Power Hour.

Do you have a DVD player? Because if you could get just two DVD's that would increase your selection enormously. You could get as many as six workouts with just two DVD's.

Good luck and congratulations on the baby! :D

OOPS! I just noticed that you did say, "or dvd's." In that case I would recommend the Power Hour, MIS & Body Max DVD and the Rhythmic Step, Interval Max (Imax1) & MIC DVD unless your choreographically challenged then for cardio I might recommend The Classics DVD or Cardio Hits DVD.

Hope that helps.

I second the Power Hour/Body Max/Maximum Intenstiy Strength DVD - it is really good value.
