I'm looking for all your expert opinions out there :)

Currently Im running 5miles a day. I do interval running and throw in hills etc. I'm looking to buy ONE workout to use on those days when it rains and for those days when the snow is flying-- did I say snow????x(

I currently own coremax-- and I also have the PUB/ME/Legs & shoulders on VHS that I taped from fit tv.

any suggestions?

What kind of workout are you looking for?
Cardio? Weights? A combo?

If you want just ONE DVD (a hard choice), my first reaction is to go with PH/MIS/BMax. It's got a good combo of a full-body endurance workout (PH), a full-body strength workout (MIS--you could also turn it into a two-day split by doing the warm-up, lower body and cool-down on one day, and the warm-up, upper body and cool-down another day, even repeating each segment twice to get an hour-long split workout), and a tough, long (about 90 minutes) and thorough cardio and weight mix (BMax) with step, step/weight intervals, and upper body weight work.

Of course, once you tell us more specifically what you want to do (cardio? stength? both?) and what level you are at (in particular, with step, choreography and intensity), I might change that recommendation.

Ooops thought I said a cardio blast :) Sorry :)

Im looking for a DVD that would replace my runs on those days I can't. Currently Im running 5 to 6miles (walk the last 1/2 mile). MY goal is to build up to 10K level.

So what cardio blast DVD would you suggest?
Hope that clears up what Im looking for :) :)

I'd go with the MIC/Interval Max/RS DVD. For me, MIC is the closest workout to outdoor running. Whenver I finish it I feel as if I've just completed a 10K. And Interval Max will provide you with lots of interval work that's great for kicking things up a notch.

That changes my answer completely!
I would go with one of the IMAX workouts. The DVD Leslie mentioned has three workouts, and the choreography of Interval Max (aka: IMAX1) is very straightforward. IMAX2 is a bit more complicated, but also more fun, IMO, and comes with "Cardio and Weights." IMax 3 is maximum impact (IMO) and more complete choreo in the blasts.
