If you could go anywhere in the world for 1 week?

Donna: Men in kilts? Funny.

Maximus: Cathe Boot Camp? Also funny.

I'm thinking how all of you rolled your eyes up and to the left side when you were thinking what to type here:7 . At the moment my dream place would be Italy.

Last year this question was asked and I said "Italy". I went there for two weeks last September to Rome, Florence, Venice and Lake Como. It was wonderful.

This year, I'd have to say France. As to why, I'd respond that over 15 years ago, right before I got married, I went to France with my sister and uncle. I remember thinking "this would be even better if only the fiance were here". My husband has been France a couple of times on business and always comes home saying, "it would have been so great if you could have been there". So, this year, in September, we are going to France together. We are still in the planning stages, but expect to go to Paris, Avignon and Nice.

Okay, so there's no chance of me getting re-focussed on work now. I'm mentally taking a cruise on the Seine, as we speak...

Bora Bora. Sigh. First saw pictures of it in National Geographic as a child. Zillions of gorgeous pictures have me longing for the real thing.

I would go to Michigan to visit my parents. I haven't seen my mom in 2 years and haven't seen my daddy in 7 months. If I did live near my parents, then I would pick Scotland (I'm with ya Donna...my ancestors came from Scotland so I would like to see it), although Hawaii does sound nice.

I think I would go on an Alaskin cruise or back to the Inn At Canoe Point in Maine where we had our honeymoon almost 6 years ago! It was BEAUTIFUL!!!

ROTFLMAO! OK that is totally wrong! And you know, it's not the skirt that gets me, it's the shoes! LOL!

I once asked a fine young bagpiper what he wore under his kilt. He said "your sister's lipstick." Do you believe the nerve! Of course when I told him my sister didn't wear lipstick but my brother did, he got real quiet real fast. }(

I would visit my cousins in Alaska. They are half Alaskan native and know all the ins and outs of the place. They keep inviting us, but wow, is it ever expensive! We will probably go when our girls are older and can appreciate it.
