if you could choose one DVD...

HI!

I'm pretty new to Cathe, but I really love all the stuff I have done so far. (I used to be almost a total Firm person) I think I'm going to preorder some of the Hardcore DVD's and I'd like to take advantage of the free shipping on the in-stock DVDs. What would you guys suggest, if you could only buy one DVD
(or maybe two :D )
Here is what I have already:
Power Max, Body Max, Circuit Max, The wedding video, Step Heat, Imax 2, Pyramid Upper and Lower DVD, and Ab Hits DVD.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to order CTX on DVD. I've been wanting that for a while. I think I can buy one more DVD. I also have a lot of FIRM videos. I'm not really sure if I want to go more Cardio or weights.

Thanks,

Jane

You have more cardio than anything else, so I'd go for weights. Get the CTX definitely and then to contrast with the endurance weight training of the CTX series, I'd get Cathe's Slow & Heavy to build more lean muscle tissue. I like to get DVDs that are radically different from eachother so that I have a variety of training methods in my workout library. SInce the bulk of Cathe's weights work is endurance based, the S&H series provides the greatest ccontrast to the PUB?PLB you already have.

But if not, I'd try the Supersets/Push Pull DVD.

I LOVE CTX and I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Kick, Punch and Crunch and Legs and Glutes DVD. Those are the ones I would pick.

I reach for ME/Bootcamp the most. I really like the bonus combo on that dvd as well. I guess I feel I geet more bang for my buck and ME and Bootcamp kick my butt! :7

I agree with Dani,

CTX was my first Cathe DVD (about three years ago) and I always find myself going back to it because it is so versatile. Kick, Punch and Crunch is an outstanding kickbox workout, also very versatile and I always have so much fun doing it.

IS DIFFICULT TO CHOOSE ONE.I LOVE THE BLAST SERIES DVD NUMBER 1 AND TWO.I CAN NOT CHOOSE ONE BETWEEN THESE.
