If I like Body Pump...

which Cathe workout should I order? I like doing Body Pump at the gym but am trying to find something similar to do at home.
I am new to Cathe and ordered SS/PP. The DVD isn't working (but I did like what I was able to do), so I am still trying to get that fixed with customer service. In the meantime, I want to order something else. I am leaning towards Muscle Endurance/Boot Camp or Power Hour/MIS/Body Max. Am I headed in the right direction?
Wish me luck that whatever I order works better than my first DVD!

Bobbi~I think Power Hour would be the closest to Body Pump followed by Muscle Endurance. Good Luck with your SS/PP DVD.

Hey Bobbi: I teach BodyPump classes and Debbie has it bang on. Power Hour is a lot like Pump but switches up the order of tracks a bit and as challenging as BodyPump lunge tracks go, Cathe's (of course :) ) is more challenging (IMO). Muscle Endurance is similar but mixes is it up even more with glute Leg Presses sprinkled throughout the workout. Great way to confuse your body and mix it up a bit.
