Ideal Body Weight?

Hi! I have been a member for a while now, but this is my first time posting, I need y'all's help! I have been looking for a realistic ideal body weight chart and cannot seem to find one. I am 31 years old, 5'2" with big bones. It seems like all of the information I have found does not necessarily account for size of body frame. I have lost about 35 pounds and am trying to lose more but have been on a plateau for several months now. I have read a lot of the postings on this site and have started using a lot of the suggestions (thank you!!!) but I would like to know, realistically, where I should be weightwise. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!

I found this website helpful...it tells you how to estimate your frame size, using your height and wrist measurement, then another estimator, to calculate body weight based on your frame size.

Doesn't take into account muscle mass.... I found it to be a reasonable expectation for my situation, though (I am not super muscular yet tho).

You might also consider getting your body fat estimated at some point. Gyms offer this, some methods are more accurate than others...
Might be a better indicator than the scale.

Happy calculating!

Calculating based on frame is absoultely necessary. I am fairly tall and small boned. I am always amazed that charts show that I am in the healthy range between 118 and 150. That's 32 pounds variation! So, of course, it's based on bones. I have to aim for the lighter end of the scale or I get fat. There are a great many charts on the web that can help and don't consult any site that does not take into account that frames vary. Also, consult your family doctor for realistic expectations regarding weight and frame. I am sometimes very amazed that some very tiny people can be quite heavy on the numbers scale but very lean. That's what you need to concentrate on. Being lean, whatever the scale says.
