ICE workouts

Is it ok to do the muscle meltdown workout and Blizzard blast workout in the morning and then just do the regularly scheduled workout in the evening
 
This would be fine, but I wouldn't go straight into the Blizzard Blast without a warm-up. This morning I did a pre-mix from Metabolic Total Body that included the warm-up, Blizzard Blast, Muscle Meltdown & stretch. The Muscle Meltdown & Blizzard Blast were supposed to be part of last night's work-out, but after I finished the main routine my energy was lagging - I'm often energy-challenged on Fridays. I was glad to find a pre-mix that completed what I skipped last night.
