This would be fine, but I wouldn't go straight into the Blizzard Blast without a warm-up. This morning I did a pre-mix from Metabolic Total Body that included the warm-up, Blizzard Blast, Muscle Meltdown & stretch. The Muscle Meltdown & Blizzard Blast were supposed to be part of last night's work-out, but after I finished the main routine my energy was lagging - I'm often energy-challenged on Fridays. I was glad to find a pre-mix that completed what I skipped last night.
